The Wo Paradise underground commercial district in Sanya.
According to Sanya officials, the Wo Paradise project, with a total investment of RMB 8 billion and a total area of 410,000 square meters, will be completed soon.
The Wo Paradise project is a underground commercial district which is located under the Sanya Luhuitou Square. It’s expected to become a super commercial district with a 3D amusement park, an indoor ski slope, an ocean world and several custom streets.
Meanwhile, it will also become a new commercial center and tourist site in Sanya.
The indoor ski slope, which is on the construction list of Wo Paradise project, is expected to be equipped with an advanced temperature control system from Japan. This system will keep the temperature at minus 3 centigrade all the year round, enabling residents in Hainan to enjoy the snow they have never seen before.

It will be the first 3D amusement park in China as well as one of the biggest indoor 3D amusement parks in the world. What’s more, RMB 32 million will be invested in building a 4D cinema in the amusement park.
In addition, 183 luxury brands will open flagship stores in the Wo Paradise, and 5 exotic theme blocks will be built.
