Atlantis The Palm Hotel in Dubai
 
Kerzner International Holdings Ltd, based in Dubai, whose flagship brand is Atlantis in the Bahamas and Dubai, will construct its third Atlantis resort project in Sanya. An agreement has been signed between Sanya authorities and Shanghai Fosun High-Tech Co Ltd on the construction of Atlantis resort project in Sanya Haitang Bay on 19th April.

According to Guo Guangchang, the chairman of the Fosun High-Tech Co Ltd, the design scheme of this large scale project will be carried out by the world’s famous designers in the span of 9 months. And the whole project is expected to be completed in 2 and a half years once starting construction.

The Atlantis project in Sanya will cover an area of 900 acres with a total investment of RMB 10billion. Apart from hotels and villas, other entertainment facilities like water parks will be built in the resort as well.
