‘Brother White Skirt’, a crossdresser in Sanya becomes latest online hit

Recently, some photos of a man wearing a white skirt with underwear as outerwear in Sanya have gone viral on the internet.

The cross dresser, who is suspected of having mental illness, was seen walking down the busy road while wearing a wig, bottom-length skirt and black high heels as he struck up conversations with passersby.

According to Mr. Wang, a resident in Sanya, the cross dresser is usually seen on the busy streets in Sanya and harasses girls passing by, and begging. “The man said he was from Inner Mongolia, and has been in Sanya for half a year.”
