Man sentenced to death in Sanya for killing 4 with axe
Zheng Xuegong, who killed 4 people with an axe on 21st January, 2011 in Sanya, was sentenced to death and executed on 13th April.
The criminal, Zheng Xungong who is a farmer, was born on 5th April, 1971, from Xuchang County, Henan province.
In the evening of 21st January, Zheng Xuegong killed Wan, Yuan, Chen and Liu at Wan’s mango orchard due to emotional entanglements. Then he also stole Liu’s wallet with 1000 yuan inside and Chen’s with 25,100 yuan, 260 Hong Kong dollars, 100 Mongolian coins and 10 rubles. On 24th January, Zheng Xuegong voluntarily surrendered himself to the police.
Sanya Intermediate People's Court sentenced Zheng Xuegong to death according to the law, and he was executed on 13th April.
