On March 19, Summit Forum of Foreign-funded Enterprises in China 2012 with the theme of "Innovation• Responsibility" was held in Sanya. The forum was sponsored by China Federation of Literary and Art Circles (CFLAC), Chinese TV Artists Association (CTAA), Sanya Municipal People’s Government, CCTV Finance and Economic Channel and CCTV Advertising Center. This forum was host by CCTV anchorperson Ji Xiaojun.
 
More than 400 persons, including the representatives from more than thirty enterprises such as L’Oreal, P&G, Nippon, APP Sinar Mas Group, Roland Berger, Wholly International (US), Castrol, Fuji, Wilmar International Limited, Pfizer China, Omron, Lee Kum Kee, Beijing Cultural Silicon Valley, Coca-Cola, Yum! Restaurants, Tetra Pak China, Audi, Hankok, PRADA, Dettol, Adidas, Skoda, FAW-Volkswagen, Nestling, Panasonic, Wyeth, Curtis Instruments, and Kum Gang SD (Korea) as well as the advertising companies and the media field participated in the forum.
 
Foreign-funded enterprises in China develop with Chinese economy
 
Reviewing the development track during the opening up and reform of more than 30 years, it can be seen that many enterprises serve as the backbone strength for China’s economic growth, and the mature enterprises from various places worldwide have brought their funds, philosophy and management experience to China, helping the Chinese enterprises and economy to quickly become mature. Standing on today and looking to the future, it is worthy of being thought and discussed how the foreign-funded enterprises in China do to welcome more robust and bubbling economic growth when facing new opportunities and challenges.
 
China TV Media Public Service Advertising Alliance is established
 
The forum held the founding ceremony of China TV Media Public Service Advertising Alliance. China TV Media Public Service Advertising Alliance is aimed to promote the development of the TV public service advertising in China, reflect the confidence and decision of the TV industry to shoulder the social responsibility and actively seek after the innovation and development of the public welfare undertaking, so that the China’s TV public service advertisements can play wider and more active roles during the communication and cooperation.
 
In the end of 2011, CCTV launched the public service advertising ceremony, mobilize the social strength, solicit the advertisement creation and broaden the public service dissemination. “Expression of Love” was the excellent work provided by a university graduate by means of contribution.
 
In March 2012, in combination with the hot spots of “Learn from Leifeng”, CCTV Advertising Center created a batch of “Learn from Lei Feng” public service advertisements such as “Street Interview”, which were successively played on the CCTV screen in March, including the works themed by the national model persons as well as the chapters communicating the spirit of Lei Feng to the public.

During the forum, the Seventh China International Television Advertising Art Festival was also held. Since the first festival held in 2005, it has been making efforts to vigorously develop the cultural industry, adapt to the building and development demands of the advertising industry, promote the exchange and cooperation of the advertising industry from home and abroad, stand to the globalized forward-looking scene of the advertisement, promote advertisement creation and advertising art development and serve the population of the advertising personnel in China
 
On the awarding ceremony of this China International Television Advertising Art Festival, “Romance of the Three Kingdoms”, "Dream Chorus” and “China Movie Report” won “Excellent Advertising Program (including TV Play) Award”, Soft Su Wine won “Excellent Advertising Film Award”, and CCTV public service advertising film “Expression of Love” won “Grand Award”.
