Yachting (Shenzhen) Training Center–Sanya Luke Base was unveiled in Sanya on 21st Mar. This marks the first professional yachting training center in Hainan being put into service.

With the end of the Sanya Volvo Ocean Race and the 2012 Tour of Hainan International Sailing Race, the Hainan Luke Tourism Project Development Co has reached an agreement with the Yachting (Shenzhen) Training Center on setting Yachting (Shenzhen) Training Center—Sanya Luke Base in Sanya. It will provide yachting lovers with captain training and yachting experience services.

The Sanya Luke Base which is located at Sanya Bay has been put into service. The unified teaching materials and experienced yachting coaches in Sanya Luke Base can provide students all kinds of yachting trainings theoretically as well as practically.

The foundation of the Sanya Luke Base will stimulate the development of yachting in Sanya as well as that in Hainan, said Zhongyong, said the CEO of the China Cup Sailing Race.
