Consumers in Sanya Haoweiqilin Hotel found their cash and mobile phones were gone when they woke up in the morning on 13th Mar. However, the hotel refused to compensate unless the police crack the case.

Mr. Chen called the police and asked the hotel to pay RMB 6000 for compensation. However, his requirement was refused by the person in charge, Mr. Wu. According to Mr. Wu, the consumers’ losses are uncertain, and they won’t pay the money until the police crack the theft case.
