From 1st May to 30th June in 2012, the Sanya government partnered with relevant departments will launch an acceptance inspection on every seafood restaurant in the city. The inspection covers 13 contents such as displaying right price tags and legitimate operation environmental sanitation tax.
According to the plan carried out by the Sanya government to regulate the operating standards of seafood restaurants, the inspection consists of 4 periods. That is a mobilization period, concentration regulation period, acceptance inspection period and consolidation period.
The first period started with informing the seafood restaurants’ owners of operating standards from 10th Mar to 19th Mar. The second period sees the Sanya Industry and Commerce Bureau cooperating with other departments cracking down on  illegal operations of seafood restaurants from 20th Mar to 30th Apr.
In the third period, the Sanya government will launch an acceptance inspection on seafood restaurants according to the 13 contents. The last period lasts from 1st June to 30th June, requiring reverent departments to strengthen supervision and inspection of seafood restaurants.
