In order to stop a prevailing trend of illegal structures within key projects areas, the Sanya government decided to launch a campaign to dismantle illegal buildings over the next three month.
 
Over the past 5 months, Sanya law enforcement authorities began the large-scale dismantling of illegal constructions at Sanya Qiongzhou College and Lizhigou Area.
 
Figures showed that 25 illegal buildings spanning 15,000 sqm have been dismantled during the period, of which the largest one was 5,700 sqm. 
 
To ensure the smooth construction of key projects and accelerate its economic development, law enforcement authorities will strengthen its efforts to remove illegal constructions at official land use places.
