Local authorities in Sanya recently launched a 18-day inspection on local fire-fighting facilities to ensure that fire safety is maintained among the public.
 
The inspectors from the Sanya Fire Department will check fire safety facilities installed at densely populated areas and at major selling sites.
 
If problems are found, inspection groups will ask stores to remove potential dangers and get proper safety facilities. Besides, the results of the inspection movement will be exposed to the public to regulate fire facilities market. 
 
The whole inspection started on Feb. 27 and will last till March 15.
