Sichuan's provincial capital Chengdu was voted one of the country's top 10 tourist destinations of 2011, Ctrip, China's leading online travel agency, reports.
 
Yunnan province's Lijiang holds first place. It's followed by Sanya in Hainan province; Jiuzhaigou and Huanglong in Sichuan; Shangri-La in Yunnan; Hangzhou in Zhejiang province; Xiamen in Fujian province; Guilin in the Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region; Chengdu; Beijing; and Shanghai.
 
Ctrip has published the list, in addition to another ranking the top 10 overseas destinations, based on online voting, since 2009.
