The train, coming from the northernmost province of Heilongjiang’s Harbin city, and bound for Haikou, capital city of the southernmost province Hainan, finished its maiden trip on Monday.
 
With a total distance of 4,458 kilometers, the train journey runs for 65 hours, passing 11 provinces and over 50 stops on the way.
