From July, the home prices in Haikou continue to drop while prices in Sanya stay unchanged.

 

38 cities saw a month-on-month decline in second-hand home prices, 13 more than September. None of the 70 cities saw an increase of over 0.5% in second-hand home prices during the past month.

 

Among them, Haikou and Sanya reported a slight decrease of 0.3% and 0.2% respectively from a month earlier.
