Sanya city exhibition hall to unveil at 5 stopovers during VOR 2011-12
With less than 20 days being left before the spectacular Volvo Ocean Race 2011-12 starts at Alicante, Spain on Oct. 29, 2011, Sanya will take this opportunity to promote the city tourism by launching exhibition at 5 major stopover cities during the sailing race competition.
The five major stopover cities are Alicante in Spain, United Arab Emirates in Abu Dhabi, Auckland in New Zealand, Miami in the United States and Galway in Ireland.
The exhibition hall, built by a bunch of thematically colorful inflatable tent, will be individually fixed into place at the five stopovers. With a total of 200 square meters of exhibition space, the design of the exhibition hall will give spectators up-close access to the charm of Sanya City and further enhancing the entire experience.
Sanya tourism delegation, which is behind the involvement in the city promotion, is planning to progress a fully-packed displays for travelers and local citizens, including cultural performances, racing live broadcast, city promoting videos, restaurants and cafes and hospitalized posters.
