On September 7, Sanya tourism authorities participated in the 2011 Shenzhen Tourism Promotion Conference, striving to position Sanya as a key venue in China for the convention, exhibition and incentive travel industry (MICE), reports 0898.net.

In recent years, the growing MICE capacities and first-class facilities in Sanya have driven it as a favorable destination for award-wining business tourism. At present, Sanya has successfully hosted over 10,000 conference business activities.
