The owner of a German registered yacht has been ordered to pay a fine of 400 yuan after mooring his yacht at Sanya internal harbor on Tuesday 12th July, reports hinews.cn.

The yacht, which was on its way to Hong Kong from the Philippines, had to moor his yacht at Sanya Port without permission due to mechanical failure together with the bad weather.

According to Sanya Maritime Safety Administration, the unauthorized mooring act has violated relevant rules and the owner of the yacht was responsible to pay the fine.

During its stay period, Sanya law enforcement officers found ways of resolving the damage issues as well as providing assistance for the yacht’s next navigation.
