Asia’s largest chocolate store is expected to open this July in the Duty-free Shop at the Haikou Meilan International Airport.

With an area nearly 220 square meters, the new store will cooperate with the international professional chocolate supplier Cocoa Tree by introducing over 30 chocolate brands such as Toblerone, Valrhona, Coted’s OR, Belgian, Ferrero Rocher, Hershey’s, Anthonberg and Ducd’o covering 500 different chocolate items.

Recently, some renowned chocolate producers from Italy, Singapore, Malaysia and Belgium have sent personnel to the store to conduct professional knowledge training.

Since its introduction in 2011, chocolate, which is considered one of the most special new duty-free items, has enjoyed high popularity among tourists
