Sanya Government recently is planning to transfer the use right of a state-owned land in Haitang Bay, reports 0898.net.

With an area of near 180,000 sqm, the land is located at C3 area in Haitang Bay. Starting price for the land to transfer is around 300 million yuan, which is the highest amount of land transfer this year.

According to the bureau, the purpose of land use will be targeted for sports and entertainment constructions. The maximum period of land use will be 50 years.
 
It is learnt that the open bidding auction of transfer of land use right will be held at May 20 in Sanya Municipal Bureau of Land and Resources.
