Sanya Hongzhou Yacht Bonded Warehouse, the second of this kind in China, followed by the Xiamen Wuyuan Bay Yacht Bonded Warehouse, has been officially come into service on the afternoon of April 1, 2011, reports hinews.cn.
The project of the warehouse, which was first approved by Haikou Customs last March and completed within 1 year, covers a total construction area of 2,214 sqm.
The boned products include imported and exported vessels and spare parts. It will provide some functional services in a certain periods such as spare parts repair service, transit trade, yacht logistics and distributions, which can effectively reduce ease the financial burden of enterprises and liquidity pressures.
According to the insiders, the bonded warehouse is of great significance to further enhance the international image of yacht industry in Sanya and accelerate the development of yacht industry in Hainan as a whole.
