According to Haikou Environmental Protection Bureau, Haikou’s air quality was the best out of 74 Chinese cities in January.

The 74 cities include those in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, the Yangtze River Delta region and the Pearl River Delta area.

Among them, the 10 cities with the best air quality are Haikou, Fuzhou, Zhoushan, Xiamen, Huizhou, Zhaoqing, Shenzhen, Kunming, Lhasa and Zhuhai.
