On Dec 28, 2010, the Conrad Sanya Haitang Bay and Doubletree Resort by Hilton Sanya Haitang Bay opened in Haitang Bay, Sanya City, Hainan Province.
 
The Conrad hotel is Hilton Worldwide’s first 6-star hotel in the Chinese mainland. Located in Haitang Bay, the hotel is just 45 minutes from the Sanya airport. The hotel offers 101 spacious suites and villas with private pools. The white beach and crystal clear sea makes it an ideal destination for the discerning travelers.
 
The Doubletree Hilton hotel, which is next to the Conrad hotel, is a 5-star hotel. It is Hiltion Worldwide’s 6th Doubletree hotel in China. The hotel is 28 km from the downtown Sanya, offering 463 spacious suites. 
  
Both of the hotels are invested by Dalian Wanda Group, one of the biggest real estates developers in China, and under the management of world-renowned Hilton Hotel Worldwide Group. The two hotels involved a total investment of nearly 20 billion yuan.
 
The Conrad Sanya Haitang Bay and Doubletree Resort by Hilton Sanya Haitang Bay are the first hotels to open in Haitang Bay, the newest resort area to be developed on the southern tip of Hainan Island. 

The hotels are surrounded by many scenic spots, including Nantian Hot Spring, Wuzhizhou Island. Excellent location and convenient transportation bring convenience for the tourists to the attractions. Besides, two hotels offer a full range of modern facilities to meet the tourists’ demands.
