Sanya launches crackdown on illegally operated vehicles at airport
According to the Sanya police, the traffic police in Sanya and municipal traffic bureau jointly launched a crackdown on illegally operated vehicles near Sanya Phoenix International Airport.
During the crackdown, 126 vehicles were seized and fined 343,000 yuan for illegal operation.
The campaign is part of the government’s efforts to crack down upon illegally operated vehicles around the airport, scenic spots and hotels in the city.
The law enforcement officers set up check point, the patrol inspection and investigate and collect evidence, to promote the renovation work into deep investigation.
According to the relevant department, they will continue to take action to improve the public transport system and the capability of public transport to ensure a smooth traffic operation in and around the airport, as well as to enhance the educational guide to the passengers.
