According to the latest data released by National Bureau of Statistics of China, home price growth rate of Sanya ranked the first in China for 4 successive months while Haikou took the second place, news.163.com reports.

The data shows that by October, the average price growth of commercial residential properties in Sanya topped the list in China, up by 51.0 % over last year's same period. Meanwhile, Haikou ranked second, up by 43.3% compared to that of last year's same period.

During Hainan's construction of International Tourist Destination this year, total transaction area of commercial residential properties in the province reached 6,834,900 square meters from January to October, up by 76.4% over last year.

Sales of commercial residential properties in Hainan hit 60.918 billion yuan from January to October, up by 159.8% over last year's same period.
