Yesterday morning, the 2nd stage of the Hainan Expressway Ruihai Cup 2010 Tour of Hainan kicked off. The length of the stage reaches 146.4 kilometers, covering a route from Wuzhi Mountain to Qiongzhong and Xinglong.
