Recently, the latest ranking of 2010 China’s city house prices was released.  Sanya’s average home price was ranked the 5th among 110 selected Chinese cities.
Hangzhou tops the list with the average home price of 25,840 yuan per sqm, followed by Beijing (22,310 yuan per sqm) and Shanghai (19,168 yuan per sqm).

This list was released by the Liveable City Research Institute for the fifth time, with its total city samples reaching 110.
