As of 15:30 on 2nd October, the second day of the National Day holiday, Nanshan Culture Tourism Zone in Sanya had seen 12,300 tourist arrivals, of whom 6741 were individual tourists and 5,559 were group tourists, according to the South Sea News.

The cloudy and rainy weather in Sanya didn’t affect tourists’ interest in the cultural scenic spots. Most tourists visited there to pray to the South Sea Goddess, while others played with their children at the tropical beaches.
