Tourists can lodge complaints and seek help at the centres. What’s more, they can get their mobile phones charged via the mobile phone charging stations.

Apart from the tourist information centres, some tourist information service counters are set up at the Tiandu Expressway Exit, Sanya Phoenix International Airport and Dadonghai.
