2 sightseeing submarine unveiled at Yalong Bay in Sanya
Two sightseeing submarines and one offshore platform were officially unveiled at Yalong Bay Undersea World, sanya.hinews.cn reported Wednesday.
The 2 sightseeing submarines, which are said to be the most advanced sightseeing submarines in China, valued at more than 10 million yuan each, can hold 60 passengers each time.
The offshore platform is 60 meters long and 20 meters wide, including a bar area, catering area, fishing area and swimming area. It’s worth mentioning that the swimming area is connected with the sea, so you can swim with fish.
The sightseeing submarines and offshore platform are originally designed and built by Wuchang Ship Industry Co., Ltd of China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation (CSIC), and the company has signed a framework agreement with Huandao Group in a bid to establish a cooperative relationship in developing the sea tourism project.
The Huandao Group owns many tourism projects in Hainan, such as Huandao Tide Hotel and Yalong Bay Undersea World in Sanya. It is striving to make Yalong Bay as the entertainment paradise for marine tourism.
