China Duty Free Group or CDFG holds beauty trade fair in Sanya

The Chinese duty-free operator gathered staff from 50 stores around the country to learn more about several brands and products
China Duty Free Group (CDFG) held on July 19–23 a trade fair dedicated to fashion accessories, fragrances and cosmetics, which took place in Sanya, on Hainan Island. More than 100 managers and other staff from about 50 duty-free stores across the country attended the event, which focused on displays and information about middle- and high-end products.

The trade fair featured products from companies including beauty suppliers Laneige, L’Ile aux Aromes, Lanocreme and Meishoku; watches brands Frédérique Constant, Victorinox, Casio and Timex; accessories suppliers Esprit and Fossil; and fine foods such as New Zealand honey and Spanish olive oil. The company said the event helps to "bring more choices to the duty-free shops" and satisfy customer requirements at airports, borders and other travel-retail locations.

"The holding of this trade fair plays an active promotional role in CDFG’s enrichment of the fashion accessories, fragrances and cosmetics duty-free product categories, as well as the enhancement of shop sales for these categories," the company added in a statement.
