According to Trade and Industry Bureau of Sanya, there were 16 new foreign-funded enterprises established in Sanya in the 1st half of the year. The registered capital was 81.91 million U.S. dollars, the total investment reached 107.92 million U.S. dollars, and the overseas capital reached 81.06 million U.S. dollars, increased 33.33%、 2517%、3348%、9127% over the same period of last year.
 
Among the 16 new foreign-funded enterprises, there are 2 with more than 45 million U.S. dollars investments. These enterprises mainly operate hotels, real estate, tourism products, agricultural products, government and public facilities, modern logistics and storage services.
 
As of 30th July, there have been 327 foreign-funded enterprises with a total investment of 1.65 billion U.S. dollars. The registered capital reached 1.056 billion U.S. dollars and the overseas investments reached 797 million U.S. dollars.
