Sanya police has launched a 3-month-long crackdown on drug-related crimes from 26th July to 31st October, reports hinews.cn.
 
According to the police, a total of 76 drug crimes have been cracked since the beginning of this year. 83 suspects were arrested and 673 people received forced quarantine for drug treatment.
Police seized 450g of herion, 285g of methamphetamine, 260g of Ketamin and 49g of MDMA (dancing outreach).
 
During the crackdown, the police will strengthen monitoring of drug-related intelligence, controlling drug addicts and cracking down on drug crimes.
