The 2016 Bo’ao Forum for Asia (BFA 2016) will be held in Bo’ao Town, Qionghai City, Hainan from March 22nd to 25th.
 
The annual conference, themed "Asia’s New Future: New Dynamics, New Vision," will feature 83 varied discussion sessions on issues concerning macro-economics and the Internet.
 
As of December 28th, 2015, a total of 116 participants have confirmed that they will attend the conference, including 18 government representatives, 62 business leaders, 31 opinion leaders and 5 media leaders.
 
The Bo’ao Forum for Asia was launched in 2001 as a platform for high-level leaders from government, business and academia to discuss pressing global and regional issues. The coastal town of Bo’ao in South China’s Hainan province will serve as host of the forum.
