Qinglan Peninsula tourism development underway in Wenchang, Hainan
Construction of Qinglan Peninsula is underway to boost the local tourism industry in Wenchang City.
According to the Engineering Director of the project, the Qinglan Peninsula development project covers a construction area of 1.2 million square meters, including 260,000 commercial support facilities.
The project consists of three parts: a coastal holiday residential community, an international healthcare center, and a Fishermen’s Wharf leisure and entertainment service center, which combines a six-star standard yacht club, a luxury hotel cluster, a shopping center, coastal bars and a bilingual kindergarten.
The project is divided into eight phases and will take 10 years to be completed.
