The 2015 Hainan Open World Tour started in April and will last through October with tournaments set to be played at 25 domestic and overseas regions.

 

During the 6-month-long period, the Hainan Open World Tour features a group of strong golf tournaments at the first-class golf courses in the 20 provincial cities throughout China and 5 overseas countries. They include Haikou, Shanghai, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, and overseas regions such as China’s Taiwan, USA, UK, Italy, Russia and South Korea.

 

From July to September, the Hainan Open will include 5 golf invitational tournaments across the island, which features five divisions of competition for juniors, men, women and professionals.

 

As one of the three major golf events in Hainan, the annual Hainan Open, formerly known as Hainan Golden Coconut Golf Open, has been successfully held in Hainan for 6 consecutive years.

 

Meanwhile, the 2015 Golf Holiday Carnival of Hainan International Tourism will be held during the period, hoping to promote the province’s golf tourism market.
