Hainan has provoked one of the biggest hotel development booms in history, with major global hoteliers popping up constantly in recent years.
 
In Sanya, Marriott International, Inc celebrated the opening of its new hotel under its flagship Marriott Hotels brand in Dadonghai Bay on November 28th .
 
On November 22nd, a new luxury hotel, the Holiday Inn Resort Hainan Clearwater Bay, managed by the world’s leading hotel management group, IHG, announced its official opening in Lingshui. It features 270 guestrooms and suites, including 42 executive suites and 19 well-decorated suites.
 
These major hotel brands have cut out their spots across the island, in Yalong Bay, Dadonghai, Sanya Bay and Haitang Bay in Sanya, Perfume Bay, ClearWater Bay in Lingshui, Qixianling Area in Baoting, Shimei Bay, Xinglong in Wanning, Bo’ao and Guantang in Qionghai, and West Coastline in Haikou.
 
In the near future, a greater variety of hotels will enhance the appeal of the international tourist destination, increasing the marketing channels directed at consumers and attracting more demand.
