Hot-air balloon rides open at Yanoda Scenic Spot
Hot-air balloon rides have opened to tourists at Yanoda Scenic Spot, creating a new entertainment sports option at tourist attractions in Hainan.
Those who want to enjoy the stunning bird’s eye view by air can now do so at the Yanoda Tropical Forest Scenic Spot. This exciting outdoor sport can show you the beautiful tropical scenery all around.
At the scenic spot, tourists can take tethered flights (tethering limits the height and distance of the flight), but untethered flights are not allowed.
The hot air balloon is anchored to the ground by a rope and is let out slowly. Tourists float up gently and are able to watch the scenery transform as they ascend. This option is particularly favored for those who are scared of the thought of flying up too high.
