The 2014 Blue Bay LPGA will be held at the Jian Lake Blue Bay Golf Course in Lingshui County of Hainan Island from October 23rd to 26th.

The Blue Bay LPGA is a women’s professional golf tournament in China on the LPGA Tour. The tournament this year will attract 81 golf players including 19 Chinese players, such as Wei Shengmei, Fengshanshan and Michelle Wie.

The Blue Bay LPGA will feature 72 holes of competition with a US $2 million prize purse.

The tournament was announced in late March as an event to be conducted by the China Golf Association, the LPGA and IMG Golf and it follows the 2013 Reignwood LPGA Classic as a joint venture among the trio of partners.
