Hainan is planning to launch 10 large-scale promotional fairs to promote its business investment environment this year.

Last year, Hainan organized local enterprises to attend trade fairs in the Yangtze River Delta region, Pearl River Delta region and Bohai Sea Region to promote the investment environment of Hainan. The government signed agreements on 190 investment projects, involving a total investment of 42.03 billion yuan.

This year, the 10 investment promotion activities will be organized in domestic areas including ITFCEW, Harbin International Economic Trade and Fair, Tianjin Investment and Trade Fair, CIFIT, Western China International Economy & Trade Fair, Expo Central China and China-ASEAN Expo, as well as in overseas countries like Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia.
