Mr. Yuval Golan

In order to deepen the cooperation between Israel and Hainan, Mr. Yuval Golan has been appointed Chief Representative to Hainan by the Israel Chamber of Commerce in Beijing.

Following the visit of Israel’s Prime Minister to China in May 2013, both Israel and China decided to deepen their cooperation even further. The cooperation fields will include agriculture, commerce, culture, education, technology and other relevant sectors. The China Israel Chamber of Commerce in Beijing (IsCham Beijing) plays a leading role in the commercial relations between the two nations.

IsCham believes the cooperation between Israel and Hainan is of high importance, especially following the establishment of sister city relations between Haikou and the city of Modi’in which can be used as a platform for closer ties.

“The opportunities for both sides are enormous,” said Golan, “and I wish both nations a successful and prosperous year of the Horse.”

The IsCham branch in Hainan will organize activities and forums in order to provide information and opportunities both locally and internationally.
