The first batch of 11 Provincial Hainan Cuisine Superfine Brand Stores are mainly located in Haikou, Sanya and Qionghai, including Sanya Yilong Seaview Fishing Village and Qionghai Changlong Restaurant.

 
They were selected in accordance with a quantitative evaluation system on the annual sales volume and popularity in the local market.

The Hainan Cuisine Association and Hainan Food Research Center launched the “Provincial Hainan Cuisine Brand Stores and Cooking Masters” campaign throughout the province in April 2012.
