The China Real Estate Summit 2013 (8th session) Bo’ao Forum was being held at Boao Town in Qionghai City of Hainan Province on November 29th and 30th.

With a series of the strictest ever control policies unveiled by the central government in March this year, and coupled with more and more intense market competition, China’s real estate industry has already entered a key period of industrial transformation and upgrading in 2013.

Therefore, the summit was themed with the topic of the transformation and upgrading of the real estate industry at revolution era, and as one of the most important events in the real estate industry it attracted large numbers of officials, experts and industry leaders to discuss the development of the country’s real estate sector.

During the event, the award ceremony of the 2013 China Real Estate Awards will be held in recognition of enterprises and persons who have made an outstanding contribution to the development of China’s real estate industry.
