Hainan’s 8 forest tourism areas record high negative oxygen ion concentration
Hainan land and environment resources department said on 17th October that the average negative oxygen ion concentration of the major forest tourism areas in the province was above 2100 negative ions per cubic centimeter during the third quarter of the year, higher than the WHO standard of 1000-1500 negative ions per cubic centimeter.
According to data released by Hainan environment monitoring department, the average negative oxygen ion concentration of Bawangling(霸王岭)was 6784 negative ions per cubic centimeter during the third quarter of the year, Jianfenglin(尖峰岭) 8770 negative ions per cubic centimeter, Wuzhishan(五指山)7898 negative ions per cubic centimeter, Qixianling(七仙岭)8087 negative ions per cubic centimeter, Tongguling(铜鼓岭)4079 negative ions per cubic centimeter, Diaoluoshan(吊罗山)7240 negative ions per cubic centimeter, Yanoda(呀诺达) 6062 negative ions per cubic centimeter, and Yalong bay(亚龙湾) 4908 negative ions per cubic centimeter.
According to the World Health Organization(WHO), the fresh air of negative oxygen ions per cubic centimeter standard concentration in the air is not less than 1000-1500.
