Around 30 golf clubs in Hainan have recently joined forces to introduce a regional Golf Passport, according to Sanya Tourism Development Commission.

According to reports, the Golf Passport will be available to all participating golf clubs from April to October every year, and golfers with Golf Passports will enjoy special deals from participating clubs.

More than 5,000 golfers have submitted applications for passports, and 3,000 of them have been successful to date.

According to the Hainan Meili Golf Management Company, which is responsible for issuing the Golf Passports, the plan is to issue 200,000 Golf Passports to golfers for free.

Golfers interested in applying can visit the official website of the Golf Passport, www.sogolf.net , to summit their applications.
