BHMAsia partners Miracle Moment to open first Yan Spa Hotel in Hainan
Asian Pacific hospitality management company, Boutique Hospitality Management Asia (BHMAsia) announced that it has signed a strategic partnership agreement with The Miracle Moment Hospitality Management, based in China to facilitate its expansion into the country. Miracle Moment owns an experienced international team with sales and business offices in more than 10 cities in China and Asia Pacific, such as Shanghai, Shenzchen, Manila, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Tokyo, etc.
The strategic agreement signing ceremony was held on 12 June 2013 at Ramada Plaza Shanghai Gateway Hotel in Shanghai, China, officiated by Mr. Anthony McDonald, CEO of BHMAsia and Mr. Michael Zhang, CEO of Miracle Moment. The agreement authorizes The Miracle Moment to franchise the brands, products and related business of BHMAsia in China. The brands include X2 – Cross To, Away, Le Bayburi, Yan Spa and The Case Hotels. The first Yan Spa in China is expected to open by the end of 2013 in Hainan China, with another 8 hospitality projects in the pipeline for 2014.
