Overseas Chinese media outlets visit Binlanggu Valley on Sep 5th
The vice-president of America’s Las Vegas Newspapers Wu Zhiping was being interviewed.
On September 5th, a week-long tourism promotion campaign, the 2013 Tour in China: Hainan Tour, which included many major overseas Chinese media teams, was held at Binglanggu Valley in Baoting County.
A total of 16 overseas Chinese media executives from 13 countries including America, Canada and New Zealand visited the primitive Li Minority village, and watched spectacular live Li and Miao minority cultural performances.
Chen Heyi, a department director of Australia’s Pacific Daily, said that the original ecological ethnic culture is a rare cultural tourism resource of Hainan, and said he hoped to promote exchanges between the indigenous ethnic minorities in Australia and Hainan.
The vice-president of America’s Las Vegas Newspapers Wu Zhiping said that she was impressed by the live ethnic cultural performances and was determined to spread information of Hainan to residents of Las Vegas.
