The 6th Hainan Women's Congress closed after women representatives discussed and passed a work report in Haikou, capital of south China's Hainan Province, on August 29, 2013.

 

The representatives concluded that the report, delivered by President of Hainan Women's Federation Liu Jin, summarized the development and achievements in Hainan women's and children's work over the past five years and defined the main guidance concepts, goals and missions for the next five years.

 

In addition, members of the 6th Executive Committee of the Hainan Women's Federation were elected at the congress.
