Taiwanese aboriginal delegation visits Hainan’s Binglanggu Valley on Aug 12
As a Cross-straits Exchange Base, Hainan Baoting’s Binglanggu Valley welcomed an 83-person Taiwanese aboriginal delegation on the afternoon of August 12th.
Members of the delegation visited the Baoting Li Intangible Cultural Heritage Museum, Tattoo House and Li brocade workshop and watched the spectacular live ethnic minority performances, leaving especially wowed by the traditional Li & Miao food.
Besides, the delegation participated in the 2013 Hainan Qixian Hot-spring Water Festival, which was held from August 12th to 14th at Qixian Square and Yanoda scenic spot in Baoting Li and Miao Autonomous County, Hainan.
Members of the delegation said that they were keen to enable more Taiwanese aboriginal people to experience the unique Li & Miao customs and culture in Baoting County of Hainan.
