Qiongzhou University has announced a partnership with Hofstra University to establish a joint postgraduate program, reports say.

Qiongzhou University, which had already signed a cooperation agreement on a “3+1” program with Hofstra University some time ago, will expand partnership with Hofstra University to establish a joint postgraduate program on sustainability studies.

According to Professor Brinkman, Hofstra University has a robust teaching team in sustainability studies, with areas of particular expertise including sustainability management and benchmarking, planning and marine economy development.

According to an officer from Qiongzhou University, Qiongzhou University also hopes to expand its partnership with Hofstra University not only on diploma programs but also joint studies.

The two universities will set up joint postgraduate programs on sustainability studies with subjects including Hainan’s tourism, ecological protection, and ethnic studies.
