Sansha issues ID cards and residence permit cards to its first batch of residents
The municipal Government of Sansha issued its first identification cards and residence permit cards on 17th July, reporters say.
10 people, including 2 fishermen, 5 government officials and 3 troop dependents ,were given identification cards and another 68, mostly government officials, received residence permit cards.
They will qualify for social insurance, employment, support for starting businesses, medical treatment and education, according to an official from the Public Security Bureau of Sansha.
