According to Haikou Customs, Hainan’s 1st offshore yacht bonded warehouse was officially approved by the General Customs Administration to be built in Haikou on July 1st.

The Haikou offshore yacht bonded warehouse, the second of its kind in China, which was followed by the Xiamen Wuyuan Bay Offshore Yachts & Sailboats Bonded Warehouse, will facilitate the docking of the larger imported and exported yachts and sailboats in Hainan, which will accelerate the development of Hainan's yacht industry.

Sanya Hongzhou Yacht Bonded Warehouse has received products of US $592 million including 27 yachts and motorboats since it came into service in April 2011.
